Here's how the process works:

  • The client makes an appointment and submits a Business Survey that provides background history and perspective. This allows Jackie to gauge your business concept, successes, liabilities, roadblocks, opportunities and goals.

  • If author, the client provides a copy of the book or manuscript, along with any plans or descriptive materials.
  • The first in-person or phone appointment is a two-hour session in which the Business Survey is reviewed and a roadmap begins to emerge. Subsequent sessions provides guidance on managing personal visions and beliefs, along with specific business and marketing strategies to make sure that these are in alignment and directed toward success. Creative brainstorming for marketing and public relations concepts is a key element of the consultation. 
  • Client is provided specific recomendations for implementation and encouraged to meet timetables to ensure success.
  • Additional consultations can be scheduled to continue the progress as the business evolves.
